Description
This, together with FIND A BUSINESS, are the routes to finding the score you are looking for. This page will take you to the council’s home page where such as useful download documents and contact details are available. From there you may link to the standard search page to continue your search within the inspection information supplied by the chosen council. Simply click a council from the displayed list to be sent to the council home page.
The displayed list of councils can be selected by either clicking on the map or by using the two pull down menus top right. The UK is split into regions and these are broken down into counties. Within each county are a list of councils. Selection by either the maps or the pull down menus will produce a list of candidate councils. The councils shown are defaulted to those for whom food hygiene scores have been provided by the respective local council. You may also use the checkboxes below to show both those who are currently in the process of loading their information and those councils who have so far not joined the scheme. If you would like your council to join then please contact the council concerned.
Search criteria
Please note that if the business you are looking for cannot be found this may be because the council who inspect the business do not subscribe to this service. Less is more! Entering the full name, address and postcode details might NOT result in the business being found if the spelling, spacing or other details do not exactly match the way the data has been entered onto the system. Entering just part of one of the search criteria might be more successful, although more results will be returned.
