Manage Right to Reply

Description
If this option has been selected in the preferences part of the control panel, premises will be able to send feedback through the service to the local authority. The ‘Right to Reply’ requests from the premises are displayed to the relevant local authority in the right to reply section of the control panel and optionally an email notification will be sent as well.

By clicking on the appropriate heading the ‘right to reply’ requests can be displayed for both those already accepted and those declined as well as the default list of requests still requiring attention.

To complete the authorisation process, simply click on the feedback entry required.
