Description
The contact details are supplied together with the date of the feedback and which information type (such as Food Hygiene) the reply is about. The heading and details of the reply are displayed. These can be edited for such Data Protection compliance and you may also input a response to the feedback which will be displayed, if authorized, with the ‘right to reply’ supplied by the premises. If it is not authorized, the response comments can be used as an audit trail of why the reply was not published.
‘ACCEPT’ will cause the feedback to become live.
‘DECLINE’ will ignore the feedback and remove it from the feedback list.
‘CANCEL’ will do nothing and leave the feedback in the queue.
