Description
The service splits it’s supplied statistics into two sections namely usage and compliance. The usage statistics page displays the number of requests for information received by the service. A request can be either the display of a summary results page or a premises details page. Each is scored as one request although the summary results page may display a large number of entries.
The statistics are split into four categories (Global, Council, Premises & Post code) together with a custom analysis facility.
Global – Requests for the complete food hygiene service
Council – Requests for an individual council
A-Z of premises – Requests for individual premises
Post code – Searches carried out based on a user supplied post code.
Custom analysis – Usage statistics for a chosen period broken down by various factors.
