The information on this site has been gathered by members of Bath and North East Somerset's Food and Trading Standards Team in the course of their inspections. Inspections are carried out in accordance with the Food Safety Act and its regulations, and the Food Standards Agency Code of Practice. This website is updated monthly but food premises may only be inspected once in every 6-36 months as specified in the Food Standards Agency Code of Practice. The score given to food premises on the site has been based on the latest inspection carried out by the Council and as such it represents the situation as found by the Officers on the day of that inspection. Therefore the score may not be representative of the overall, long term food hygiene standards of the premises and should not be relied on as a guide to food safety.
